As owner and licensed general contractor of APG, Brett Bernard began the company in 2003. Prior to the inception of the Maryland company, Brett was a teacher for Anne Arundel County Schools. Although teaching brought the most rewarding of experiences, Brett decided to pack up the lesson plans and follow his passion of home renovation. Through years of construction experience and mentoring from an entrepreneurial family member, Brett felt confident to take an official leap into the contracting and real estate investment world. He has found his niche, and thrives on helping customers with his creative uses of small space and unique home design ideas.
